»What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with Credit Card via Paypal or Direct Credit
If you use Paypal, can choose to either use your credit card or log into your paypal account to transfer funds.
Your transaction will be processed in USD, other than this there are no fees for using this service.
If you would like to pay by direct credit you can either use internet or telephone banking, or a manual deposit at any Westpac branch. Please remember to use your order number as your reference so we can identify your payment.
»If I fill out a form online, is my information confidential, and what do you use the information for?
Absolutely, your information is confidential. All Creatures will only use the information you provide to contact you about a pending order, or about any of our own products.
We will NEVER sell your details on to any other party. You are welcome at anytime to request we change or delete your details from our mailing and calling list.
If you belong to our "Newsletter List" you will recieve no more than 12 emails a year.
»How long will I have to wait to get my clothes once I order them?
From when we have recieved your payment we will have your garments sent wihin 5 working days.
You then have just the time it takes to courier the garments to wherever in the world you are.
For New Zealand this should be over night.
»I don't want to, or find it too difficult to order online, what can i do?
You can either:
- Book a consultation at our Christchurch location where we will show you our entire range, and all of our lovely fabrics. These consulataions are absolutely free and there is no obligation to purchase. You are welcome to come alone, or come with friends or family. Call us on 03-3523362 and book a time that suits.
- We can take an order over the phone, just give us a call on 03-3523362 and we will help you out with making a choice and getting the right fit.
- Or you can fill in the contact form and we will call or email back to discuss and/or confirm your requirements.
»How do I know what size I am? Or how do I know how All Creatures sizes compare to "normal" sizes?
Just use the online size chart to see which real size suits you best.
If you have any concerns, give us a call or send us an email. We will be happy to help you get the right fit.
»Where are the clothes made?
All of All Creatures clothes are made entirely in New Zealand.
Each garment is cut to your specific requirements with regards size, style and fabric choice and is then made by one of our specialist team.
»How do I get the most up to date information from All Creatures?
Its simple! Let us know you want to be kept informed, and we will put you on either our E Newsletter list, or our calling list or both!
With our E-Newsletter list we will send no more than 12 emails a year.
With our calling list, we will call no more than 4 times a year.
»How do I remove myself from the E Newsletter list, or the calling list?
Again, this is simple, just send us an email with remove me in the subject line, or give us a call and let us know you are no longer interested in getting our news.
»I am interested in modelling or selling the clothes what should I do?
Please do get in contact with us and let us know, we are open to discussing any opportunities that will result in more women looking and feeling great!
»What styles of clothes are available?
We have designs and fabrics to suit any taste, any lifestyle. Be it sexy, smart, sporty or business wear, All Creatures Greater Than Small wants you to look and feel fabulous doing whatever you do!
»I may not be in your size range what should I do?
If you are a real size (14+) then we will make to measure for your requirements.
- You can choose the "custom" fit option when you purchase online.
- Or you can call and arrange an appointment with us at our Christchurch location and we can take care of all your measurements ourselves.
If you are a wee skinny Minnie under size 14 then unfortunately this range is just to much for you to handle. So you will have to just look on with envy.
